make you want to smoke)

Understand that urges (cravings to smoke) are very normal

Stay away from places you associate with smoking

Use nicotine gum, patches, or lozenges to help with cravings
(be sure to follow the information packet included with each product).
Also, your doctor will have more information on other prescription medication
that can help you quit smoking.
